"Since having our baby, my husband and I have been to Florence many times with very particular back pain from using our bodies in new ways that we're are not used to. She's brilliant at getting right in there and easing the pain. Florence has got a wonderful calming, respectful and confident bedside manner. She has a brilliant understanding of the body and knows just how to help.
I couldn't recommend her more."
I am qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage from the London College of Massage; London’s oldest massage school.
I believe that our mind and body work together to influence our well-being and that massage therapy can play a vital role in helping both physical and mental distress. Our stress and emotions can manifest as muscular tension, and release of this tension can help us to get to the root of our discomfort.
And sometimes it's got nothing to do with your mind - sometimes you've just overdone it at the gym or slept at a funny angle and massage can work to relieve this pain.
My approach is client centred and before your first treatment I will take a case history in order to get the full picture. The massage plan will always be discussed to make sure I give you exactly what you need.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment and delight in working with people from all walks of life, with all kinds of bodies, to relax, tune in and let go of their pain.
I look forward to meeting you.
